Business Information and Services (BIS) is responsible for
delivering business information system priorities according to the new ICT
Strategy and Executive direction. The Branch will integrate spatial and
non-spatial business information systems, including web back end and other
digital media. It will also align OEH's information systems, technologies,
plans, business processes and services to support the agency's priority
business needs. Service Branches include, ICT Governance & Strategy
Services, ICT Delivery, ICT Operations, Information Management and Spatial& Engagement, Portfolio and Architecture
Duties: The Principal Project Manager - ICT leads and manages
the risk, quality and progress of ICT projects to organisational standards, and
ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards, and
within agreed scope.

Q2. Describe an ICT project that you have implemented that had
significant risks. How did you identify risks in the project? What was your
approach to managing and mitigating the risks?
