Business Information and Services (BIS) is responsible for delivering business information system priorities according to the new ICT Strategy and Executive direction. The Branch will integrate spatial and non-spatial business information systems, including web back end and other digital media. It will also align OEH's information systems, technologies, plans, business processes and services to support the agency's priority business needs. Service Branches include, ICT Governance & Strategy Services, ICT Delivery, ICT Operations, Information Management and Spatial& Engagement, Portfolio and Architecture

Duties: The Principal Project Manager - ICT leads and manages the risk, quality and progress of ICT projects to organisational standards, and ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.

Q1. Provide an example of a multifaceted ICT enabled project delivering business process changes that you have successfully managed and implemented from start-up to close, in a complex business environment involving multiple internal and external stakeholders . What value did you add as the Project Manager to the business implementing the project?

Q2. Describe an ICT project that you have implemented that had significant risks. How did you identify risks in the project? What was your approach to managing and mitigating the risks?

Job Notes: This role also utilises an occupation specific capability set which contains information from the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA). The capability set is available at www.psc.nsw.gov.au/capabilityframework/ICT. A Talent Pool may be established for future temporary vacancies in roles with similar focus capabilities. The pool may be available to hiring managers from OEH and other NSW Public Sector agencies for use state-wide within the next 12 months.
